Terms of use
These terms are provided for the live platform and should be read alongside any product-specific terms, programme terms, privacy notices, and customer agreements that apply to your use of OneSphere services.
The information on this page is provided for general information. Specific product terms, programme terms, customer agreements, and regulatory disclosures apply to particular services and prevail over this general document where there is any inconsistency.
01About these terms
These terms govern your use of the OneSphere platform, including the application and onboarding process, your customer account, and any product-related services made available to you.
Where a specific product, programme, or service is offered, additional product-specific terms and programme terms apply alongside these general terms.
02Eligibility
Use of the platform is limited to individuals aged 18 or over and to businesses that meet the stated criteria.
Availability may be restricted in certain jurisdictions depending on regulatory status, programme terms, and risk assessment. Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to a card, loan, or other product.
03Applications and verification
Applications may be submitted with basic customer information. Higher-tier cards, business cards, and crypto-backed loans are subject to enhanced KYC/KYB checks and additional verification requirements before approval or issuance.
Applications are subject to risk review, sanctions checks, jurisdictional eligibility, and OneSphere's approval criteria. Approval is not guaranteed.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to provide false information, or to attempt to circumvent verification or security controls.
OneSphere may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that present unacceptable risk.
05Cryptoassets and risk
Cryptoassets are volatile and may not be suitable for all users. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Limits, fees, rewards, loan terms, and any insurance arrangements are subject to separate product terms and programme terms and may vary by jurisdiction, customer profile, and risk assessment.
06Liability and changes
Liability, indemnities, dispute resolution, governing law, and the procedure for notifying changes to these terms are addressed in the applicable customer agreements and programme terms.
Where these general terms are updated, the change takes effect on the date stated in the updated version.
